Richard has played on dozens of albums, commercials and movie soundtracks. Originally from New Zealand, he is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music and Manhattan School of Music and has recorded with Erasure, Marion Raven, Raul Midon, Hind and has done several sessions for the Manhattan/Blue Note label. He has also performed live with Carlos Santana, Jonatha Brooke, Diane Reeves, Angelique Kidjo, Dar Williams, Nanci Griffith, Gavin DeGraw, The East Village Opera Company, Chiara Civello, Jim Campilongo and Steve Kimock to name a few.
